RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to for a full refund, minus shipping charges, within 30 days from the purchase date. Item(s) must be unused, unscented and unwashed with original packaging, accessories, inserts and instructions in resalable condition. We reserve the right to deduct restocking fees for missing packaging, instructions and for carriers sent back in less than like new condition. If item is received in poor condition the package will be returned to you. We only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

We honor exchanges up to 30 days. Re-shipping charges will be applied on the exchanged item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. We do not accept exchanges after 30 days.

If the item(s) you are RETURNING qualified for FREE shipping, we will refund the purchase amount less $8 per item to offset shipping costs. You will, however, be responsible for covering return shipping costs and making all return shipping arrangements. You must contact us prior to returning or exchanging an item. If you are making an EXCHANGE, "free shipping" does not apply to the exchanged item. Do not return items without prior authorization. We will not accept shipments to us without a confirmed return authorization.
